Biography of Hosni Mubarak
Hosni Mubarak was born on May 4, 1928, in Egypt.

His father was a small landowner and worked as an inspector in the legal department.
Early Career
In 1949, Mubarak graduated with honors from a military college and a year later from the Egyptian Air Force Academy.
He then continued his studies in Moscow. Upon returning to Egypt, he commanded squadrons and later a brigade. From 1965 to 1967, he served as the chief of Egyptian Air Force bases.
